Each of these spreadsheets are created in Microsoft Excel.
When you click on them you will be asked if you want to Open or Save them. Select "Save".
Remember where it is saving it.
These downloads requires a zip program. You can find one at Winzip.com
Once you have installed Winzip go back to the downloaded file and open it.
This will start the Winzip program. Select the "Extract" option.
Place these in your "My Documents" .
Each of them has instructions within to help you use them.
